It’s much easier to catch the attention of one single prospect. It’s much easier because a one-to-one approach means you have focus.

You can research your prospect, take your time to tailor the message, use multiple channels and non-scalable approaches.

You can personalise it as much as necessary. Prospects appreciate that.

They appreciate it because, before asking for their time, you actually invested your own.

Prospects hate getting cold emails because it’s become so easy. Everyone can now cold email thousands of people in less than an hour.

When they receive, even the more personalised emails, they can tell it’s automated.

And they know you didn’t take the time to craft it. They know they are just a line in a list.

Unfortunately, you cannot build a scalable outreach pipeline in your company by doing one-to-one cold emailing. It takes too much time.

You need to find a way between:

  • one-to-one ultra personalisation
  • and spamming the s@#t out of people.

Here is how you do it.

Small Batches to keep it focused
